• ADM Hotels and Resorts Group, LLC(ADMGROUP) through the Joint Venture & Equity Partnership with foreign investors is Developing the LUXURY RITZ-CARLTON by Marriott(proposed), a Luxurious Hotel & Destination Golf Resort in South Bend, Indiana(USA). Full package of financing for this Development, including some other projects by ADM GROUP under consideration, has been secured and 100% of funds are available as required, estimated amount of ONE BILLION US Dollars($1,000,000,000) by the Joint Venture and Equity Partnership. Construction will begin Winter 2025. ADM GROUP is not seeking any further investment or funding. ADM GROUP has selected to develop its projects through a highly reputable, professional, and highly qualified team including Project Manager, Program Manager, and top-ranking Design & Architecture Companies.
                                                                                                                                           

• ADM GROUP initial meeting to discuss, review planning and strategy will be held in South Bend, as ADM Group office has been opened and following members are participating:

(i) Nausher Ahmad Sial, Principal and Chief Executive Officer.

(ii) Mr Richard Bensinger, Chief Operating Officer.
(iii) Chief Development Director and acting CFO.
(iv) Chief Project Manager.
(v) Mr Jerry Dominiack, Development Supervisor.
(vi) Miss Shirley Collins, Executive Business Director.
(vii) Randy Ziolkowski, Chief Engineer & Maintenance Manager.
(viii) Above mentioned will be included in Group One and all Employment Agreements will be executed on March 3rd and the sign-on bonus will be released.
(ix)Payroll for Group one will be started from Feb 28 th ,2025 through Insperity(payroll company).
(x) Second group of employees will be completed and started on March 31st,2025 as a sign-on bonus will be released.

• Addition to major investment of One Billion Us Dollars ($1,000,000,000) and funds of Two Hundred and Fifty Million US Dollars ($250,000,000) as soft Cost and initial projects activities are available to ADM Group for South Bend and Chicago Development.

• ADM GROUP MEETING in South Bend Office:​

28th (wef). (NAS, RB, Baron, Miss Collins, JD, Randy and Taha).
(iii) Execution of Employment agreements of Group Two will take place on or before 1st March 2025 and Sign on Bonus will be release through Insperity at the time.
(iv) ADM Group's final review of the project in executive meeting on  3rd Week of March.
(v) RDC hearing and approval on or before May 31st ,2025.
(vi) ADM Group and RDC Press Conference.

(i) Signing all Employments Agreements and releasing Sign On Bonus to Group One on March 3rd by the approval of (executives Meeting) through Insperity.
(ii) Payroll for Group One will be started March 3rd.

• The Development is in final review by executives, specialists and professionals of its team. Feasibility reports(drafts) for Blackthorn Development and hotel, golf and Residential/Condominiums and housing provided by PKF, REVPAR & JHG are being reviewed by experts and professionals in the hospitality industry.
